what the codes on your fruits and veggies really mean - 4 numbers mean they were conventionally grown, 5 numbers starting with number 8 means they are genetically modified (gmo), and 5 numbers starting with 9 means they were organically grown (no pesticides or gmos)

Okay, so I walked some serious miles today with my family. I don’t know how many, but it took us 2.5 hours. According to myfitnesspal I burned like all these calories. I know it’s bad, but I’m not going to do the 30 Day Shred today. I don’t really feel that bad about it, so oh well. I’ll post my measurements later today, although I pretty sure they’re the same. Also I’ll post my food diary later too.
reblog this if you’re a health/nutrition/weight loss blog! i want to follow you!

30 Day Shred - Day Six/Seven
I forgot to post after my workout yesterday, so here is six and seven combined! I’ve come so far from day one, it’s kind of weird. We’re finishing out the week with Level One and tomorrow we’re gonna start Level Two. We already watched it to see what it was gonna be like and it seems a little tough. I feel like it’s going to be like day one all over again, but oh well. My mom has already lost three pounds, though! I’ll take my measurement tomorrow and my weight on Wednesday. I’m really trying to crack down on what I eat, so yeah. Also, we’re starting yoga after our workouts now so that should be fun.
